At Pines Living our mission is to enable our residents to live in a cohesive community where older people receive holistic, person centred and respectful care; families and friends are welcomed and supported; and staff belong to a collegiate, professional and dynamic interdisciplinary care team


Management

The Pines Living team works very hard to offer individualised care support to our residents. The executive management team consists of our General Manager, Finance Manager, Administration Manager, Maintenance Manager and Care Managers and Accounts Officers who all report to the Board of Directors.

Care Team

We at Pines Living take great pride in looking after the residents and personal care is of the upmost importance. We address each individual personal care needs and endeavour to provide the care tailored to such needs. These include attention to their personal hygiene, exercise and relaxation needs as well as food and dietary requirements.

Nurses play a vital role in Pines Living in the areas of management, planning and delivery of services. The Registered Nurses facilitate the delivery of high quality nursing care, blending skills in chronic and acute care, with an individualised, person-centred approach to the nursing care of all residents.
